Leona has always been a charge character aside from her earring based projectiles. So it would make sense to keep her as a charge character to those who know her well.
This means I haven't played her a long long time, perhaps you could use a config so people could choose their play type?

IRL blood isn't transparent though. If you keep the blood transparent here it looks more like Crystal Light and runs the risk of looking silly.
I'm just kidding. I like the transparent version because other chars are already like that, that's all.
Or how about using different blood effects that are smaller and not as exaggerated, instead of using one that is ridiculously huge? That way you wouldn't have to make blood transparent.
