This is leonardo that I working on using TMNT tournament fighters sprite.

here is a video just him running, jumping, hopping back, light punch, medium punch and strong punch.

Tamago Kanten recently created one.  If you want a new idea, try the 2K3 Leonardo from one of the GBA games.
My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

I going to put some new stuff in once i get better coding. One thing I was thinking for a super ninja turtle van come in and run the person over
