okay so I just got a new character for my mugen. 

Anyway, after every match, her life doesnt go back to full health and its the same as the last round... It gets annoying, since I lose the next battle.. O A O; Im not that great at the character coding n stuff so I dunno what to do.

any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: Also, I just realized i forgot to ask help for somethin else too. xD;

apparently, some of my characters are overpowered... I cant make them like.. do less damage. I tried lowering the Attack down in the CNS file, which helped with their normal hits but i dunno how to edit their "Super" attack thingies.. any help for that would be awesome too, thank you! ^^
