Linking Palettes with Remappal?

I'm having some issues trying to figure out how Remappal works. I read the docs and I kinda understand it. Anyway, for the 1.0 version of Makoto, I'm trying to make 2 corresponding palettes for her Tanden Renki super. Example...

->

So my obvious plan is to make 2 groups of palettes. Pal Group 1 = Normal, Pal Group 2 = Tanden Activated. Then link the Index palette numbers between both groups so it's not going to the default palette for the other colors. I'm just unsure how to do this with Remappal sctrl.

I hope I'm explaining this properly. I assume this is going to involve a Varaset, but I don't know how to apply it in this case. Any ideas?

(PS... I think I asked this same question before. I'm not sure :P)
