Local-cord stage realignment help

I'm trying to fix this stage localcord's by mugenmondo and it keeps giving me headaches.
I did some resizing, but the results weren't getting me anywhere. The image itself according to Fighter Factory is 1572 x 788.

What Width and Height values are you using on your mugen engine?

Did you happen to check the localcoord of the stage .def file?
