While I admit that he does play well, his sprites are a bit lacking to me and his animations are a little jerky.

Having played with Akira by 21 yesterday, I wasn't expecting much of this version in terms of gameplay.

And indeed, as pointed out by CreepyPasta, he's a spriteswap of Kong's Wolverine. The name of the files point to it, but it also has bugs that only happened with Kong characters.
In my test Mugen, I had installed a long time ago in my fightfx sprites by Syn for some interaction with his MK stage. Kong, in his code, pointed to animations that were not standard fightfx animations (which should never be done out of a full game), and which clashed with Syn's sprites and anims, resulting in :


So basically : if you like Kong's Wolverine, you may find an interest in this Logan. Sprites don't look bad. Animations are not very smooth, but sprites have potential.

They need to retime his animations. Kong left all anims to be played with no delay on most attacks, that makes attacks that should be slow play out like if they were turbo versions of themselves. Someone needs to stop and retime those, that hard punch is blatant.

Actually, if 21 is "just" going to spriteswap, he might as well just spriteswap Sander71113's version (or even Vyn's or Koldskool's version, at this point).

But Sander's could use an update of it's own at that.

This could (and I hope dose) become a new project altogether, it would be a very good thing for everyone who loves the character. No matter how good *cough cough* Kong's characters my or may not be, our old friend Sander71113 is still on another level.
