I can send you Warcueid_T as well if Bahamut isn't online, but as he said, we need to know your email address.

The author on Omega Goenitz is chyoun. The character can be found here.

As far as I know, the Unknown you want by Hanma is offline.

I just checked my chars list and I do have the Mirror Mizuka by Hanma that you want. File name: mizuka. In fact, I also have the mvc2 version by 586, but I think that version is still online, but I'm not sure. I can send you both of those if you want. File name: mizuka_mvc2.

Also Kuri has a Mirror Mizuka (Unknown). File name: Unknown

Kuri's Mirror Mizuka (Unknown) can be found here.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't DarkMasterS leave quite awhile back?

Long time ago I believe. His creations are insane in the AI department though. I've seen Psycho Shredder, Cyber Shredder, and Dark Pirate in action. Yet to see how Gou Hibiki fares.

I managed to find Go Hibiki on youtube (though he always causes Mugen to crash).

I would advise dos2win, since some of DMS's stuff is a bit old.

Also, Warcueid_T sent.

1. Get it (Should be at Mugenfury, or another site).
2. Extract it.
3. Copy "dos2win" and "CharSffDtoW" (basically everything but the text files and the source folder) and paste them into the folder of the char you want to fix.
4. Run "dos2win". All the work is done for you.
5. Character should now be winmugen compatible.

Most of the time it's to fix palette problems (flashing) or bad portraits, but it makes some chars work period (Kazmer's Raiden won't work unless you use it, for example).

Another method is the MCM method, in case dos2win doesn't work.
1. Get MCM.
2. Open desired char's SFF
3. Open desired char's AIR
4. Save desired char's AIR
5. Character should now be winmugen compatible.

That fixes crashing for the most part (Kain the Supreme's Gaibel for example), but doesn't fix palette problems.
