Looking For CVS-Vega + A Few Others

I'd like to have a complete CvS styled Vega (M. Bison), but every link I've come across has been broken.  Or it's an eSnips link, and I'm not interested in installing anything. I found Warusaki3's Vega - is it any good?

Other complete characters I'd like to have:

SF2T - Chun-Li & Ken
SSF2 - Vega & Ken
SF3rd Strike - Dudley found, Ken & Ryu

Thanks for any help.

I know that an author called GM made a good sf3 Ryu and sf3 Ken. Everything else is out of my league. srry

I couldn't get some most of the links to work @ http://conversion.wo.to/, so is there anywhere else I could at least get a SF2T Chun-Li from?

parse made one. Look for it in the mugen 1.0 section
