I remember some tasteful videos being released 2008-2011 by JZilla, Jango, Shwa, Runningwild, THE_NONE, aokmaniac and some others I can't remember right now .

*shrug* Guess they ran out of steam.

I gotta agree with the editing being crap in most Mugen videos. Even worst is that the crap videos out number the good stuff.

Good editing and fitting music can go a long way. This is the video that got me interested in mugen back in 07.

Adding to that, some people to this day actually post interesting videos IMO. Ex, JayJay, GOH and shocksconstant create loads of awesome videos.

mugen was a big deal back in the days , the Idea of having to see characters from across the gaming Univers clashing with one another was something that people couldn't say "no" to , but now its nothing Special

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

He also stole a lot of jokes I did in my vids, made them less funny by overdoing them, and took all the credit for them. I got tired of it so I made jokes where he was the victim and he cut it out and QUIT MUGEN FOREVER and came back a week later not learning a damn thing.

there's absolutely no way it'll be playable outside of anything that's clientside. you guys do realize that random people can't just go into your server with whatever character they want in the bizarre chance of online play ever being possible, right...

I guess were talking with someone that never heard of cheapies or such overpowered characters that can kill you without even moving after the "Ready-set-fight" screen

not to mention that some game engines have advantages over other ones , some are simply unfair , hell even in real fighting games we have balance problems
