She got nerfed. No more one puch 6 hit air combos, overall damge is reduced, HSDM can only be done with 25% life.

It's been done before, actually. I'm told NAO&M's Sula was pretty good.

It's just not often.

It's just not often.

With the exception of a WTF air rave that happens very rarely, Sula is possibly the best KOF edit in mugen atm.

Politely disagree. Best AKOF edit probably, but Ahuron/CCI/Jin set the bar pretty high were it comes to the best KOF edit in mugen.

You really don't see the potential?  Maybe keep Kula's regular hair and just add the glasses to her face.

I just pasted some of Kula's hair onto Lyzer, and erased the top bun.  Just to show you what I mean.

Just go with CCI's Kula which is open source or w/e

I was actually hoping someone else would be inspired to make The Baroness.  I was simply suggesting that this would be a good starting point.  A lot easier than drawing each and every sprite from scratch.
