This is second version of magnetman...im not adding anything else to him just getting out the bugs.... so its kind of the final version... he has a different fighting style than the first one...you have the rapid tap combo and you have the MVC way as well.....have fun with him( or i will find chu)

Aaaaaww, here goes!

-No standing basics really chain except for the rapid tap combo, Which shouldn't be in a MvC style creation anyways. Would be better if you changed the rapid tap combos into real combos. Ducking punch basics chain normally, but ducking kick basics, like the standing ones, don't chain at all. Air attacks chain perfectly. Why not chain the standing and ducking basics the same way?
-I hear some Dio during the supers. EDIT: And during his taunt.

-In netnavi mode, you can cancel anything into anything except for the same attack into each other (EX: Sword > Sword). The picture above was achieved by rapidly tapping the sword and gun buttons. Point is, you shouldn't be able to cancel any of those attacks into another, or maybe sword into magnet ball, max.
-In the air, you can constantly chain light punches.

-Hitbox on ducking hard punch is too big. On that note, it looks like a launcher, but doesn't launch.
-Ducking light kick is the slowest kick. I thought light always was the fastest?
-Ducking hard kick looks like a launcher, but doesn't launch. Should change it into something that sweeps the enemy or something, because most ducking hard kicks sweep an opponent.
-Super background on QCF+KK stays for too long.
-Small portrait wrong size.
EDIT:
-Jumping medium kick is the same as ducking hard kick, just recycled.

Now that Therio has given you a technical and intelligent review, I shall give mine.

XD



Pros

-Good animation for Magnetman himself
-Some of the moves are also well animated and fun to use. (Down-back Highpunch-Magnetic pull, down-forward Highkick-"Force push" type move)
-And overall a character that has potential.

Cons

-Some of the moves just look sloppy and weird..pretty much any of them which I didn't list, excluding the uppercut and the down-forward high punch laser beam attack. (Which simply needs a sound effect and its good.)
-Jedah's voice doesn't fit that much. It isn't terrible, but still...
-The MVC hyper background...personally I'm tired of seeing it on Mugen characters. You should do something similar to what Beximus does. He has MVC style characters, but has a custom hyper background. Ya know?


But overall, good job man! I'm sure with a bit more work this can be a great character. I see potential.
