Many of you here have probably played street fighter iv (witch is very fun btw!!) anyway is there anyway to code a character so when his power meter is at max the music changes to the one i set in the characters sound file?(also if its possible can it be done when both power meters are maxed?)

like in sf iv training stage, when both of the characters ultra meter reaches max.. the music changes.. ???
