Making new modes of play for M.U.G.E.N.

Is it possible to make new modes  for M.U.G.E.N?

I mean like a mode for info on   characters[ like the trophies in Super Smash Bros. Melee]

Is it possible to add new modes of play?

Would choosing me for the question thread be a
unique experience?  I can't really say.

Why not?Is it too advanced or something?

You ask if it's possible, I tell you no. Why do you ask if it's too advanced ? It's not too advanced, it's just not possible. If you want to add that sort of things, you'll need to modify the actual source code of Mugen itself. You can't just modify your screenpack and system and voilà, it's there.
