Making Palettes for Rajaa's characters

So, I was going to make some palettes for Rajaa's Maki, but I don't see any index for the palettes by name, no palette config file, and nothing in the read-me.  Is there something I'm missing that's specific for his characters?

I think most if not all of his characters use sff2, which means all the palettes are stored inside the actual sprite file. You'll need to use Fighter Factory 3 to be able to modify those palettes.
