Hi i want to edit someones character to make it more better(I guess) so i wanted to make sprites for projectiles meaning like Hadouken or something like that but instead the move will happen in the air going diagonal down but its not hadouken its somewhat like a BIG arrow i dont know how to say but all i want to know is which program can i use to make the sprites?
Programs for spriting:-Paint-Photoshop-Graphics Gale-Paint tool SaiI use those,although paint tool sai is pretty bad when it comes to spriting.
