On another note, Viper Delacroix is updated to complement Max's recreation.

Updates include:
-Tweaks in Apocalypse and Undying Chaos damage
-1.0 Winquotes
-Updated portraits (not counting the 9000,1 portrait)
-New intro with the new Max

Overall, I might need some feedback on him too. I might've broke something as I was updating him.

As far as I recall, they were characters designed for a Youtube series he made (don't know if he's still doing this). They weren't made to be balanced, only to be flashy and to win against enemies easily. So yeah, don't expect any balance in it. The video confirms what I've said too. And the one with the hat is supposed to be what you will download.

-Missing Clsns on many gethit anims (Some are even missing on anims that he uses for custom states).
-Odd hit and slidetimes.
-The values of his pausetimes for many attacks differ by too many intergers ([2,4],[5,7],[4,7]).
-Low ground velocities used on many attacks (ground.velocity = -1 for light kick.
-Since p2's pausetime is [usually] higher than p1's one can repeatedly chain light kick into itself over 20 times).
-Debug spam by using normals or when a target is placed in a fall/liedown gethit.
-Invalid actions [45 & 48].
-Terrible binds on the throw.
-Incredible damage on supers but bad damage on normals (I think some normals give life back if used enough times in a combo).

Well he has the same problems as the old version so I'll doubt that Max Reco will be fixed.
