There are a few japanese authors that are actually aware of the situation, one of them being Shiroto (whose site is still up).

From the few I could understand from the broken translator is that Shiroto was just as shocked as many other authors still online from the sudden takedowns.

I'm surprised that none of them did an IP Trace on the guy. Think about it, you got the person using Ecole as a cover to make all these bullshit takedowns has to have a different IP.

I don't think they would give a shit about his IP. However, it would be very simple to tell them he's a fake by pointing out the wrong mail address.

You know, if the guy is THAT vehement about it, what makes you think another non-permanent filelocker storage is going to be any less easy to take down?

Ever since the whole Megaupload thing, it can't be that hard to falsify claims and get stuff taken down. It made filelocker sites a bit paranoid about what goes up (and caused things like Turbobit blocking American IPs). Some are probably more easy to sway than others, but, it's probably possible to bullshit any of them into pulling something.
