Megaman Zero 2 is a native of this character, the intro to the emergence as the boss. MUGEN is not on this character I tried to make on. For details, please open ReadMe.txt file.
Note that this character is a boss character. Finally, the difficulty is not so difficult side. Then use it.

the claw attack thing [c button] takes half of the life bar if you push the opponent to a corner.

The explosion doesn't expand at the center like its supposed to.
