Melty Blood Act Cadenza Ver. B help.

I play the PC version of Act Cadenza.

Whenever I play arcade mode, the game just quits when I'm about to start a fight. (I only get as far as the screen where they end their talking).

All the other modes work just fine, as they just consist of fighting, no story.

Any suggestions  on how to fix this? I'm thinking that my video card may have something to do with it, but the game works fine, just has a problem on arcade mode.

Shouldn't this be in the off topic help section?  ???

EDIT: It might also be what kind of codec your using, or maybe a graphics adapter...
