The first time I've ever worked on a Doom project, I replaced the pinkydemon with two sprites of Raiden's crotch punched animation, and his attack would be his sprites where he was inflating, like when he got hit with Kiss of Death or whatever; me being stupid, his new attack sounds were just me yelling I'M FAT into the microphoneFigures, this apparently one of my most appreciated additions to Skulltag by my friends; not that I don't think he'd be hilariously fun to make in MUGEN
I've been kind of on-and-off on work with Alter Amibasum paletz...of course the 6th one is tongue in cheek!So basically right now he's got:- a cleaned out .sff and .snd file (finally...)- sorta 6-button gameplay now- plenty o' pain/taunt noises- 3 supers (one of them being an attempt at Yoh Soh Sonkyaku or whatever the hell it's called)- new victory portraitWhen he's near completion, I'll try asking somebody who actually -knows- something about HnK gameplay mechanics to give me a hand -- and who knows, might attempt making a normal Amiba for those who don't want stupid-ass moves/soundsAlso a sneak peek not-really-beta if anyone cares (still lol)
Debug flood on the intro.Collisions man, collisions. In a couple frames of his idle stance, he loses his collisions. No collisions on his taunt. Forward air dash has one tiny box. CLSNDefault will work perfectly for his airdash.Probably might want to null out the specials you haven't completed yet (QCF+A/B, QCB+X/Y)You might want to make the damage dampener way more strict on supers. QCFx2+x -> QCBx2+x -> j.s nets you 800+.QCF+x misses a lot of characters. Extending the collision lower to at least hit KFM wouldn't be egregious.There probably shouldn't be any poweradds on his basics if they whiff.It's a little rough around the edges but it shows lots of promise.

NEW VIDEO UP WHOOP WHOOPSince I released that beta, more things have been tweaked such as:- Better thrown state alignment- Lessened the damage on Billy Beatdown so that Ono Tesshin has a point- A...kind of better jumping forward/backward animation....- fixed the air punch collisions lol- Fixed the sprite coordinates- Billy Beatdown now has milder envshake and ends differently (roundhouse kick rather than an uppercut)- Fixed supers giving back powerAfter I get done with Billy, I can do either of two things:1 - start on A.C. Current2 - start on respriting Kung Fun ManAnd the new feature this Fun Man will have is something everybody loves apparently...
