Estoy siempre listo para un desafío.

I might as well joining the fad and do what all the cool kids are doing
and make my first POTS/INFINITE/R@CE AKIRA/JMORHPMAN/DIVINE WOLF
(who's ever else style this is) Character!

For all those that know, Daigo does not have enough basic attacks to make him
a 6 button fighter but a friend of mine is spriting away at this very moment creating
some new stuff for Daigo, so no worries!

I will post more news soon!

You might as well kick out Pots since pots didnt have 1-2-3 comboes.
Pots combo style was CVS.

Im gonna have it CVS style, or MvC style
in the config text so people can choose
what style combos they want.

Well i kinda dont like how its been over played. It seems like this is
the majority of content that comes out of the MFG.

I like using POTs style only if im playing against another person.
The AI in these style characters block to damn much and kills the fun.

I personally don't think they are being overplayed. I mean the original cvs is over 10 years old and people still like playing with characters in that style of gameplay as well as having their sprites have that same cvs look (Blue Streak)

IMO There is nothing wrong with these style of characters nor is there nothing wrong with their A.I.

Also, Pots in general came up with a lot of the system like coding used in these characters so he does deserve a good amount of credit for his coding and inspiration.

Agreed. Not even Capcom could do the characters right when made in Versus style.
So yeah, I like PotS style a lot better. One important thing, though. While the characters don't need to be 100% accurate, at least their movelist should NOT be out of place and should actually fit the character and his/her/its playstyle.

I think the difference there is that Memo actively listens and incorporates the feedback to refine his characters until they actually have a finished feel, not bashing on anyone myself...but cvsartist and chucho both have a crapload of wip's and they keep moving on from one to the next without the full completion of one project first.

I still stand behind what I said about the A.I. but anyway,

Making a character with this kind of gameplay won't just automatically make you "A kid on the block" Its how it will turn out that will determine that, which of course I hope it will.

Trust me when I say that this style of gameplay isn't just a walk in the park when your doing it for the first time. That is if you truly want to do it like Pots or etc.... I should know because when I tried it out for the first time, I had to learn alot.

I think you should make him transform into Devil Daigo to do a level 3 super then have him change back to normal.

You don't want to put too much on your plate with this being the first character your making with this gameplay style.
