Can't tell if serious. But Rednavi's right though. On the other hand, you get MGS where the present the coolest character ever to exist, just to deny you of him in MGS2, completely ditch him in MGS3, and destroy it for you in MGS4. I want Solid Snake back, anything that can make up for it.I'll take it, all my money for it.

You're complaining just because at this point. Snake's story is directly linked to all of The Boss' clones so he may even imply that kind of setting, who knows?1. Im just wenting based off of that "We have not yet finished with Solid Snake". Im not decided on anything and i will most likely play this even if it is just snake since i really grown to like mgs.2. You mean Big boss's clones.
Why not just have a game about the time she and the cobras stormed normandy? Kojima even talked about that.THE JOY KILLS HITLER.

Meh. I guess it struck me as weird saying "it's solid you see, so you'll have to play as one of those guys, because one of them is called solid". Nvm me this bachelor thesis is making me dizzy

Man, just imagine her CQC'ing the whole damn army and going through the foundation things of what she had to go through to let there be a Big Boss.
Being made by Moby Dick Studios, leaded by CEO Joakim Mogren, this game has it's name because of the feeling of still remembering what it's like to move a limb you've lost. Grueling teaser. not very informative...Spoiler: ...or is it? (click to see content)Kojima tried to confuse the people, but left hints in there. The cat isn't officially out of the bag yet, but I love where this is going. Rumour has it that this is after the events of Metal Gear after Snake fucks up Big Boss. We shall wait and see.
Yep, it has to be Metal Gear Solid 5.Joakim = Kojima with Rearranged spellingLOL Can't wait to play it. I probably would have believed it was a different game if Snake wasn't in the trailer.
Well, this one is going to be a numbered game, which means it will be linked to Solid Snake somehow.Did you read the info in my spoiler? Apparently, according to MGS2 and MGS4 files, it's confirmed that after the showdown between Solid Snake and Big Boss in Metal Gear 1 and/or 2 (can't recall correctly) Big Boss suffered damage in one hand and lost an ear, I think. This may very well be the missing link betweek the Metal Gear and the Solid era.
Ground Zeroes still has Big Boss with Militaires Sans Frontière so it's definitely before MG1, right ? And about the left arm, in MGS4 didn't they originally identify Big Boss's body with his arm ? (unless I'm mixing it up with Liquid Snake and Ocelot) This here would be how they picked up BB, took his arm to replicate him to access the Patriots AI, and why everyone else thought it was really him when he was still alive.
I'm just confused why they are doing a 'title' game that looks like any other numbered game in the series, and (probably) a numbered game in the same time period. Is it a different studio doing ground zeroes? Is the gameplay different somehow? Why isn't it MGS5?
GZ is an open world, right ? And I figure it's precisely because those games are just fillers that they can be considered more like spin-offs and not advance the main story that much (other than saying what essentially happened between this and that game), and that's why they're not numbered. Peace Walker and Ground Zeroes tell us the random shit Big Boss did before Outer Heaven ; Phantom Pain is apparently going to tell us about Zero's betrayal and attempt to hack the Patriots, if I remembered correctly in my previous post.At this point, all we're missing is a game of Big Boss actually setting up Outer Heaven, passing for the bad guy and making international threats, and fighting Solid Snake.
