Yes, since the last trailer he can be seen tortured in Afghanistan, and he's missing an arm and a leg.

Looks like Kojima wasn't joking when he said it would be hard to watch. Big Boss is out to get them XOF, and he gon' get'em good.

That design for Quiet is over the top even for a usual "tactical hooker" role, at least give her a dessert camo print legging, instead of tattered nylon stockings  -_-

Is that Galvez's prosthetic hand? Arm swapping does not end well in the MG universe.

I think it is. I mean, BB kept it for himself as a fancy lighter :P

Not to mention, if that technology existed in the 70s, this is 1984, they should have even better technology now :O

This, coming from the creator of Val Vultures is quite something.

Edit: I'm just overflowing with joy and hype and then more joy.

I missed this during E3.
You didn't, it was privately screened for Media Outlets only. It was only released to the public in the last Kojima Station in youtube late last week

Live stream for MGS5 at Gamescom; a few surprises are expected.

Quote
Konami will live stream an hour-long Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain presentation, hosted by Spike TV’s Geoff Keighley, at Gamescom in Cologone on August 13 at 8:00 p.m. CT / 2:00 p.m. ET.

The event, which will be held at Cologne’s Musical Dome 1600-capacity auditorium, will reveal the latest gameplay and details about the upcoming Metal Gear. A live Q&A session with series creator Hideo Kojima is also planned, as well as “a few surprises.”

Same here. There's nothing exclusive on either of those consoles that I would want now that mgs5 will be on steam :D
Is a mess. :gonk: Needs sexy new coding to go with sexy sprites.

Fuck yeah, I hope Kojima pulls some strings and gets the HD collection ported as well

Remember how they made Portal 2 cross-platform? How buying it for PS3 got you a free Steam code for the PC version?
