Metasequoia is a 3D model maker avaiable for download and is a shareware, which means that all the major features are only in the full version.
I found about that program while searching images related to Meteo-san from Cosmic Baton Girl Cometto-san and after getting the program to work, I managed to get some renders.
And it's one of them (from a 3d model made with Metasequoia as well):
