EDIT AFTER 5 MINUTES:
okay, i was wrong.
its pretty cool :P
wish it had noise form...
or..even better....
taboo form.

I tried him out.

He's not bad, but very awkward. Three attacks, moves slow and stiff. Supers are tacky but functional.

With some improvement, it could be a nice character.
