Is finding MUGEN to be more enjoyable to play when you're not wearing clothes an underrated opinion?

Video games are cleary the work of the devil.

My kids will never play video games (or use the internet) because they will be raised in a pure and clean home, free of the influences of... HIM.

It's too late for me though.

Sooner or later, this will be that DOOM thing again. I always did despise Minecraft.
Expect nothing, but remeber everything.+ I am tired. Future spot for Doraemon in MvC picture, the second I learn to create it. (Even further: Pepsiman for Mvc picture.) Insert random Doraemon anime .gif. (Also, Pac-Man Delta whaling on a MLP character .gif........) Now, Wipeout....... OTHER STUFF? Needs blue SSB 64 Mario in tornado .gif......... Add Super Mario Fighters 3 sprite here........ Also, now doing KFA stuff...

If the kid broke his hand punching a tree, sure.. Some parents are too weak to blame themselves or their own kids for being retarded. Or they have some kind of inability to think their kids might actually do something wrong of their own will.

Sooner or later, this will be that DOOM thing again. I always did despise Minecraft.
I'm playing it right now, I'll erect a shrine for you if you like! Let me know!

Whaaaaaat!? This is just fucking stupid. Although I have never played Minecraft ( and that'll chsnge soon!! ) reading this is fucking ridiculous.  I've read a lot about MC and the game is more about creativity through creation of landscapes. People have recreated some very wild and vivid worlds. To say a kid brought weapons becsuse of Minecraft is ridiculous.

I grew up on RoboCop, Terminator, Rambo, Predator and plenty of Mortal Kombat. The only reenactments I ever had were with action figures and the sets I used to build for those figures. Parents really need to look into what they are blaming instead of coming to snap conclusions. Seriously.
All of your Mugen Portrait needs may be found HERE.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.

It gets better when you realize some schools use Minecraft as a teaching tool.

Now, I don't play Minecraft nor care enough to go deep into its mechanics, but I don't remember guns being part of it.

Send me a PM if you decide to add me on PSN, so I don't mistake you for a random Friend whore.

Was it a sword or something?

An officer searched the student's bag and found an unloaded handgun, a magazine with six bullets inside, a steak knife and small-handled sledge hammer.

I can kinda understand the knife as a sword, but the others?...
Maybe he was using a skin of some other character and was acting as that character?

IIRC there is no mallet or hammer in minecraft whatsoever. Unless you've modded it heavily, there are no guns.

Knife could conceivably be a sword, but kids would prefer their sword looks like a  sword than actually be sharp. Kids dad is a twerp and should learn to see what sort of things his son is up to.

Honestly, GTA is more likely to spawn that stuff than MINECRAFT. Yeesh.

None of the "weapons" he was carrying are Minecraft related (perhaps the knife, but still...). I'm more interested in what made them think it was related to that and not to another game. In fact, the article says it's the father who said it was Minecraft related.

So yeah, classic case of "I'm an irresponsible parent that decides to put the blame on a random game instead of himself". I would have believed it more if he had say GTA or Saints Row.

CHILDREN'S WRONG VIVID IMAGINATION
children thinks that video games can make sense in real life
and also they like to play with other children with acting of one character from some game

Maybe the father was just confused and meant another game and not Minecraft? (did not read the article)

If the boy took a gun with him, why is the father not blamed for having a gun at home which is reachable for the kid?

Normally you wouldn't be that specific if you were confused, you would just say something like. But then he said:

Quote
They use hammers to dig and knives and guns to protect themselves from zombies

Which seems like he really thought on a way to fit Minecraft as the reason he had weapons with him. As I've said, just putting the blame on something else.
