Nice find! An evil-looking turtle fighter too! The background stage really depicts a typical Japanese household space!

Oh I also want to know how to move topics................

Misaka is a original character made by scratch or some obscure game?

It's from a novel called To Aru Majutsu to Index. The character is "original", and with that I mean that there's no game that uses that sprites and moves (there's a PSP game, but it's a 3D game, not a 2D game).

Btw, she's completely uninteresting. It's like they grabbed and added random thunder moves. They should add some of her moves in novels, like being able to create a blade of dust.

Hmm, tested her. She is too much of a early beta that I don't think it fits putting in a found releases. But I don't think we'll have "Found beta releases" anyway. Hitsparks are misaligned and she have default mugen sounds and sparks. Her walking forward is tad of weird, but anyway is a beta, so we must wait and see how she'll look like when completed.
