I've looked everywhere on the internet for her and I'm just not getting anything. I googled her download and I just keep getting youtube videos and not actual downloads.
(Here are some screenshots of her I found online)
(I circled here in red just to make our lives easier I guess)

So please, if anyone can help me out with a download link for Misuzu Kamio, that would be great! (^ w ^)/

It would make our lives easier if we had an author's name, which I'm assuming you don't, in which case wouldn't this be better off in the "Does This Character Exist" thread? Iirc, there's more than one Misuzu out there (586 and Markyjoe come to mind)

I understand about the author's name, but I really dont care for the author, I just want a Misuzu Kamio (any version, any author)
And I dont think it would be better in that thread because I know for a fact that she exist, Ive seen footage and gameplay. And the author, as I said before, I dont care for. Im just requesting any version any author.

Type in Misuzu and you'll get some results. Not sure which one you want, nor if they are still online or not.

Wow, that was really close! But all of the websites seem to be broken or de-bunked. :( Well one is in japanese but it sure does look like its a lost link. I will keep trying I guess. x)
