i'm just wondering...if MK was rated M for mature, then why the hell is in it the CHILD BOARDS?

Lets be informative. I realise it kills the joke but SOMEONE has to do it.

Child board in this particular context means it's a sub forum of another one.

For example tips and tutorials is a child (sub) forum of Mugen Help.

By the same token Mugen help is a child forum of the board as a whole.

It has no bearing on age limits or rating.
