Modifying Key Commands?

I was wondering how I was supposed to edit the key commands for a certain character - not the actual MUGEN controls, just the specific character. I thought it might have been the CMD file but when I opened it a simple windows command file opened up and closed almost immediately.

Like for example Ryu's Hadouken is a QCF + P, Gouki's Shungokusatsu is LP, LP, F, LK, FP.

(For the record I was going to change (P.o.t.s) Shin Gouki's Misogi to a simple 2 or 3-button press - a Half-Circle backward using keyboard arrows is notoriously annoying to do, I always seem to do the damn Hurricane Kick instead.)

  • Somebody PM when Caddie is no longer a mod.
Ok. In the command file you have to set the buttons that need to be pushed and then give that command a label. After that under state -1 also under the cmd you would make that command label a trigger for the move.

If you are tying to edit a move the simplest way would be to change the buttons pushed under the command label.

Instead of double clicking to open the .CMD file right click it and go to edit and it will open up in notepad.
