so im messing around with ImageSplitter prog but when i get all my pieces of layers, i have no idea what to do with them: i tried adding them with the "add PCX" feat in FF but i get all the layers in wierd shape (like black background and a bunch of different colors pixels)...
 ... could someone actually spend 2 minutes explaining to me the actual process of addind all the pcx i get after using imagesplitter?? i cant seem to find a tutorial on how to implement them pcx files into FF and manage the palette stuff
