After finally getting some time to fix some newfound errors in my three scouts, they have been updated to resolve these issues.

As usual, you can get them here: http://napoleonjonamite.webs.com/

With the exception of a few voice clip changes/edits, Jupiter, much like Mars, is in her final version (Unless someone spots a bug I missed). The only thing left is AI, and we all know I can't do that stuff, so right now I'm in the pursuit of an AI coder.

As soon as I'm done with my yard sale duties, I'll give 'em a whirl.

Also, you still want those palettes for your other scouts?

I just want people to know that despite everything I have said or done over the last couple of weeks, my ability to continue working out any issues is in no way going to be dying anytime soon. With that said, feedback is welcome, and I'll see what I can do.

A little aesthetic thing for Mars: you don't happen to still have that old MvC hyper portrait around as a pcx, do you?

I remember you saying a while ago you'll put that in the last update, but I don't really know.

Either way, this is a great update. Thank you very much for this.

I sadly do not have that portrait anymore. I'm sorry to say that.

Non-update update (If that makes sense)

I recently had AI work done by Mr. Infinite (Don't ask), and during some tests, I found some mistakes I made and am currently working on these before sending them back to him for an AI update. Once I get these done, I will update the versions on the site with the new versions with AI for those who would rather fight than play as my scouts.

They are pretty well done. Though I can't keep them around (because the MvC2 style of play isn't what I'm going for with my roster - CvS2 is what I'm going for here) they're probably the best renditions of the Scouts I've seen for Mugen.

Pretty good.  Just got around trying Mars and I'll go for the other two later.

  • The velocity during her Aerial Charm Attack (that pushes her back after usage) is too long.  Save that kind of speed for her HP move.  LP and MP need a bit of shortening.
  • MP Fire Bird should go in a more diagonal direction.  Looks similar to HP version but adjusted.  In fact, in my opinion, the same distance to where MP Fire Bird goes could work for her HP version.  Just my thoughts.
  • Guard spark misaligned for her HP punch when guarded.  Easy fix just adjust it to the right.  And her guard spark for her A.HK is the default one, forogt to add it here.  First few hits of Burning Mandal when guarded does not have the custom guard spark, only the last hit.
  • Mars can't chain Standing LK to Standing MK at a fast pace.  It's possible but the timing isn't like her LP to MP chain.
  • More like a suggestion but I recommend canceling her Fire Bird to a Super.
  • Odd thing here.  Found a good combo setup for MK, HK, Fire Bird or Fire Snake to a launcher, but the combo just ended there as I can't follow up with an aerial rave.

That's all for now.

-That's how it was prior to the edits. Will work on that.
-Will look into it.
-Standing HP? And having no custom spark on those moves was obviously overlooked in each of her old updates. Will fix.
-Have been working on recoding the chains. This will be shown in the next update.
-May consider.
-Not sure what went wrong there. Mind sharing the full input so I can look further into it?

Will get to these issues when I get the chance. Thanks for the feedback Kiri.

And I don't know if you saw these yet in Moon:

-The head wave thing has the default spark on the light version, and the wave stays a bit after the move is executed.
-Moon Crystal Power has default sparks, and are in the center of the pillar.

Back to scrubbing walls for now. :p

-The "wave" staying around is intentional, though I may shorten the bind time. Will fix the spark issue.
-That sounds like both forgetting to properly code the spark and misallignment. Will fix.

Way off-topic here but who is the guy in the bg on your site? He looks so familiar. Is he from One Piece?
