Hey! There were already Batsu, Kyosuke and Hinata for rival schools why not made the awesome sporty characters in-game like Shoma, Natsu and Roberto
Kyosuke was in CVS2The others took a lot of time since they were sprited from scratch (minus the few bases they had from CVS2, with Kyosuke's team super).So if one wants Rival School chars, he'd have to sprite the whole spriteset on his own.

Well, there's a kurow made for MUGEN, but was edited from Cool Choi's KOF2k striker character, and plays just a few like the original char. Also, for the robinhood guy, Li_kun (the spriter of Hinata) is making Tiffany and Ryoko
Having Batsu finally, Hinata and Kyosuke actually, is good enough for me XDActually Daigo and Akira will be nice to spriting but... I'm not a spriter and find a spriter to work in a whole spritesheet of at least ONE of that characters is... Well.. HARD.

Easy. People can read the rules.Even it would be nice having more RS chars(I agree with Robin Hood), it's rude to directly OR indirectly asking people to do stuff just because someone needs to fill their mugen. You like RS? It's OK. Try learning the basics, people will help you. No one said it was going to be easy. Coding could be a bit...abstract and spriting kinda patience-taking. Just try it.Also, I haven't said anything wrong to him. He(as everyone) can learning to spriting. I did, even I'm super clumsy. Gawd, I even tried learning to code. I wanted to program an EASY jump changing the values and the character jumped!! But I'm still waiting him to go down to the floor D: !!_________________________________There's a Yurika done, in KoF graphic style. Second one(even Robinhood is not directly requesting them to be made, but you know where these "indirect" wishes goes to).It's a not speciffically written rule, but you know it's RUDE to ask others for doing your stuff. At least, contribute in one way or another.
With the first one he means you have to contain yourself more. I know it is a bit annoying when something like this happens (random new poster asks: hey, how nice would be if x was in mugen etc.), what Cybaster did (explaining why the only few characters that are available took lots of time to be completed) was the best thing to do.
