My questions is about the moves for one character that comes to mind in this project - Shinnok

Will he have all the base moves of every character in the MK4 game...or you will apply some of the moves?

That is a good question,i havent totally committed to any idea just yet,but i was thinking possibly have him morph like shang into other chars or maybe have him do his move set from mka.Im not to sure,any ideas you may have are welcome.

the new liu kang is great

Thanks man,he was actually really easy compared to other chars,so he would be fairly easy to add to the game for the most part

It there going to been a dead version of kang like in MKD?

I just noticed, that the kid in my avatar looks just like Titlin except with blonde hair. I'm not even joking.

Hmm... as cool as zombie kang is ,id have to say no.This is a remake of a 2d game the only reason say im pondering shinnok to have post mk4 moves is cuz he was kinda left open an didnt have his own move sets.


What this game might have tho is

MOVES FROM OLDER MK GAMES(scorpions leg trip mk2 for example)
FATALS FROM OLDER MK GAMES(the good ones only)

And maybe like one new move per char,i dont want to stray away to much from the game and turn it into something it was not.If anyone has ideas they would like to add feel free to mention them i might consider adding them.I want this game to feel like it was almost made from the official mk team.Unlike the other mugen projects i want the fans to help make this,i dont just want to add my ideas i want yours as well.

As many people are gonna (and are) hating on your project. I can say what I seen so far as far as the fatality aspect of it and gameplay it's coming together waaaay better than most MK mugen projects I have seen.  The MK4 translations are not quite there but super great for start! Are you gonna have some hidden characters? MK was all about secrets and I think something original would be a nice touch. Kinda like putting the icing on your project. I think as cool as the Zombie Kang would be,  I personally would love Cyber Sub-Zero. I know it's not canon, but I always think he would of made a " cool" (no pun intended) Cyber Ninja. It was never explored what he would be like if caught be the Lin Kuei from the plotline of MK3...

On a side note is that Subway stage from the vid available or is that something else you made?

I agree the mk4 translation is not quite there yet as well,but its starting to take shape,right now im getting the limb breakers installed for a couple chars an working out bugs and stuff with the existing game.I am adding all the stuff that was going to be added in the 3d mk4 but was cut,im not going to add a cyber subzero(sry dude) but i am adding a bigger surprise,a char not in any mk mugen game before.As it goes 4 fatalitys,you havent seen nothing yet,wait till you realize what im doing you will be pleasantly surprised.I know some people will hate this project,so be it im not here to convince anyone any differnt.As it goes 4 the train level that is restricted material it was only use to shoot the test video of the rock engine it is not up for download.

Yes he should,well see tho because there is alot of work to get to before that point,but i would like to get all the details like hidden costumes added as well.

Tanya's hair is out not a pony tail. And her skin is darker than that.
But apart from that, good job.
Kinda strange but I woke up today and her hand was on my ass cheek
I won't suspect anything though I'll take it she was sleeping and didn't notice

I hope this project actually turns into something of value.

So far about every MK project I've seen except my own has become nothing more then a custom character infested heap of shit and a total disappointment.

I couldnt agree more.This will not be a game of abominations from god.Your not going to see 30 scorpions or 50 sub zeros dont worry.There is a reason they closed the mk section on here.

Well since im tryin to make a remake kinda thing,im going to stick with the storyline that is existing 4 it.The plan is to make a recreation of a 3d game and to see how well it translates.

I already thought it was abandoned like other.

In the past we talked about a Random Fatality Engine.
Anything news about this?

Ah yes the RFE(Random Fatality Engine)

Ok how this works is say cage does his decap fatal right,well now i made it a way that the game has say 4 random sets of animation for the body to fall,so you do the fatal and the game pics random from the sets of animation so you never see the same fatal twice sorta,the more variables i add to this the more random the body will fall,by doing this it keeps the gameplay fresher,since this game doesnt have 50 chars or something i can add details like this to the game Every fatal should have this in the game.Another innovation this game has over other projects.
