You didn't even have to worry about that Kaandorpious because in the very first post I made that clear that it won't have any MKP coding as it's broken and not ideal for regular mugen play. My plan was to have a basic template and from that build whatever needed. I stated before hand that it will be balanced and have a newly redesigned gameplay based on MK games and other popular ones. I assure you we have it in mind and that we are about 3 coders strong (including myself) so it'll get done. Why don't you try my idea, maybe you can pull if off?I was thinking the Shaolin temple or the temple of light?Try an edit, we gotta try and be original to otherwise we're just making UMK3.1 with more new features but the same exact game. It'll pay off when we finish it

Yes better, now you have the right idea, it looks much better than a generic steel background, good job I'm not feeling those statues though, maybe you can edit them out? Keep the clouds for sure. I harvested some parts for you, try them out. I googled shaolin temple but had no luck We'll have to compromise on some stuff it seems. Try layering these parts and adding it with yours, they might work?

Okay here's the roster nowTo clarify this before I start trouble again, these some concepts that aren't final, some are but not all and others just place holders until a design can be made.*Raiden, is by Kaandorpious, I edited his work, I won't use it until he approves it and hopefully he can sprite it.*Kano, I'm not sure but I think I used a few pixls from simpliband, if he's cool enough to let me use them I'd be very grateful.*Shinnok, has a hat that I used from NiallAsh, I hope he can adopt this or make one better and allow me to use his custom sprite/hat.Okay so as you can see I am making groups of 4 each relating a lot to one another. Group 1, are the defenders of the Earthrealm. Liu Kang is a place holder because I am struggling to edit him into Robin Shou. Sonya is now being worked on by NiallAsh so it might not look like that for long. Johhny Cage is movie based but he may not work out to well? Still unsure. Raiden in his good side again, I love Kaandorpious's character but I want him to be a good guy again. I hope he agrees to make and contribute him.Group 2, Led by Kitana of people who want their own realms back. She is a place holder and wants to restore her kingdom, Edenia. Sub-Zero my custom edit into the movie version, seeking revenge for his clan. Reptile based MK4 to restore his original homeworld of reptiles. Goro seeking revenge against Kahn and to restore his Shokan village. Goro also seeks to amend the wrongs he has done to others while he serviced Shao Kahn throughout his past. Group 3, The in between guys who are more rogue than loyal. Led by Scorpion MK custom, he seeks revenge and is an un-rested specter. Havik, naturally allying himself with people he likes to destroy with. Reiko an abandoned general seeks revenge. Kano movie based in his own organized crime finds a spot where he can be useful and find new ambitions along the way to gain wealth and power.Group 4, The most powerful of men unit to overcome a force too great to overtake alone. Made up of the dark arts comes leader Shang Tsung T.V. series based is a sorcerer who reaps souls and has an uneasy alliance again which leaves him no other choice but to accept the aide of others under impossible circumstances. His ally again Quan Chi Mythologies/custom is a necromancer who wields the dark powers of the dead has agreed only to have the opportunity of achieving even greater power when the time is right. Shinnok a former elder god weakend and useless seeks to overtake all relams and the elder gods themselves with the help of his right hand man Noob Saibot, a loyal servant from a realm too dark to see.Group 5, The ruler of Outworld Shao Kahn leads this group and seeks to regain his power and hold over all realms with the aide of his new guard Motaro a Centaur who uneasily replaced Prince Goro. Motaro loyal and cruel seeks to prove Shao Kahn that his race is far superior to that of the Shokan. Mileena created long ago by Shang Tsung to serve as a deceptive Kitana lookalike was created to allow the conquering over Edenia in case Princess Kitana would turn on Shao Kahn or suddenly die. Having lost her beauty at the hands of her emperor she is ready to do anything to regain it, even destroy her creator Shang Tsung. Baraka loyal to Shao Kahn and for hire follows closely to Mileena thinking her beautiful. The blue unmarked box is reserved for extra and new characters that will tie into the store somehow. A final boss has not been decided or discussed.

Yikes! I know it needs a lot of cleaning but it was a quickie and at least you can all get a little preview.Can you imagine stomping around with this bad boy?A few pallets just to expand a little more.
Little more modifications.Liu Kang is now actually Robin Shou Kano was fixed from being too hunched. Shinnok is better but not perfect. Raiden has a more life. Quan-chi is detailed in face. That's about it...
