Summing up, this background was already floating around thanks to a conversion by Rei. While it had the main base for the stage, it however was lacking any kind of animations...Until now, upon what was already done I then added all the necessary stuff so you can say the stage is in a fairly finished state now.It isn't 100% accurate. Rei form super wonder games had this stage back when it was rare. Now its been reborn. Only stages left is Dudleys RND1 stage-NG, Elena RND1-SI,Elena RND2-NG & Ibuki ALLRNDS -NG. Awesome RE-Release Bro! This is a rare one.

And well, that's because I'm not using MAME for CPS3 - using the CPS3 Emulator from Nebula's page because you don't need the big CHDs. Thanks for the tip, I should take note of these tools whenever I look for SF3 stuff again then...
