These stages are always sexy beyond comprehension. Not to mention all the drama that comes before many of them lol, so much epic win.Congrats MOTVN and to all the team that makes them possible... and gee, too bad he still couldn't post them himself...
Wow, holy shit...this is one hell of a surprise.I didn't think these stages would ever see the light of day. :OThey all look really good. Gonna have to dig into these later...
Looking great as usual, congrats on those.☠Guardian Angel★☃ said, March 10, 2010, 05:57:41 amCongrats MOTVN and to all the team that makes them possible... and gee, too bad he still couldn't post them himself...Got complaints? Direct them to the appropriate place and dont post off topic here.Thank you.
@ Someone who can explain: I don't understand, have more stuff been added to the already existing stages (assuming no bugs had to be corrected, it's MOTVN, after all) ?? Have the motifs on the train in TK3 NYC been completely changed (which would mean that the previous version's still worth keeping) ?? I'm really lost here... [sinking in my own ignorance] @ Master Yoda: There's a 'Time Kraken' stage, check below 'Thud Rumble'.
Depending on the stage, many stuff has been changed and/or added.Basically, the overall quality of each stage is better, since MOTVN has optimized each stage to ensure best framerate, he added wagon's and graffiti to stages which could get more (TK stages), he made the animations and timings smoother, etc.Even if the difference isn't always noticeable at first, all the stages were modified to be better than before.

The former version of TK doesn't have anything original than the new version does have.Cybaster said, March 10, 2010, 04:37:47 pmEven if the difference isn't always noticeable at first, all the stages were modified to be better than before. That's the difference between you veterans who've got the knowledge to understand the mechanics used for a creation and newbies (I am) who suppose, that if the stage's good-looking it must be fine (whereas it may NOT be).I'll check this out now. Thank you very much, Cybaster for the explaination. @ MOTVN & Disciples (lol): Thanks for sharing all this hard work.
Master Yoda said, March 10, 2010, 01:09:23 pmi'm still waiting for a "time kraken stage"! Blacksaiyen said, March 10, 2010, 04:34:09 pm@ Master Yoda: There's a 'Time Kraken' stage, check below 'Thud Rumble'.Time Kraken is going to be updated for sure. I have done some preliminary BGCtrl work on it for now, but I haven't had time to finish up the rest because I'm in the process buying a house and moving. So keep an eye out.
QuoteThe Cybaster of stage feedback.LOL Getting a new house ?! Now that's great. Good luck with everything, and don't exhaust yourself.
@ Tamez: You might be able to help for these 2 questions, since you're part of MOTV's team :-> What's the bgm used in the updated 'Crash Site' stage ?? I've been listening to it for a while now, and it'd be really nice to be told which game/anime/whatever it comes from. -> Why have the length of the bgm been modified ?? They were long enough in the previous releases (= not repetitive), what was the problem ?? Now those which are reused are shorter. Thanks in advance.
☆Dissidia☆ said, March 10, 2010, 01:24:43 amI have one stage no one else has. You made it yourself, didn't you....

Now those which are reused are shorter.I'm not entirely sure, but IIRC, the music was cut at specific places so that it loops correctly, allowing it to play in Mugen as long as you want.
