Mmmm... at first glance, it looks like it needs more polishing in the graphics (are they from the Genesis DBZ game?).

I will download it and check for other issues.

It's not terrible, but it just seems bland.  Doesn't look DBZ-ish to me.  I would have chosen a different source of the graphics.

I'm assuming you're trying to create an original stage.

There are multiple layers, but it looks like a one-layer stage.  The sky doesn't move separate from the rest.  The mountains comprise of just one layer positioned in 3 different places.  At least make the deltas different and change the x-coordinate.
