I've released Mr.Karate and updated Sean and Takuma. Added a new air.HP for Sean and added the new color separation for Takuma.

Very quick feedback :
- During Oosotogari, if you go tick by tick, you'll see that P2 goes in a gethit sprite one tick before he actually gets hit by MrKarate's fist, after lying on the ground.
- If I run and hold DF, then press C, I get a crouching SK instead of Keima Uchi: Oiuchi.
- In Shin mode, when Mr Karate charges Haoh Shikouken, you should align the sprites in the SFF by centering them on the middle of the belt, X-wise, and use posadds to realign the animation. As it is now, P2 can pass through Mr Karate if he's close enough when MrKarate throws Haoh Shikouken.

Really nice!
Like how you based the Honki ni Natta Mr. Karate on his SVC incarnation.
Love the details like his Sankaku Tobi/Wall jump... Just great!


I really don´t like the sprite transitions from normal Mr. Karate, you can see the Shin/Serious mask in many animations... Just looks bad.

- Chou Ryuko Ranbu may need a damage dampener.  I can do combos that are 733 (normal) and 784 (Max Mode on)

Typo in the readme for Shin Mr. Karate...

Hien Shippu Kyaku (air version) is done with B, D, DF, F, k

I really would like to see normal (ground) version of Hien Shippu Kyaku for Serious mode too...

I really would like to see normal (ground) version of Hien Shippu Kyaku for Serious mode too...
I'm aware of that and I don't like it too, but I don't really feel like editing the spriteset all over again with the Normal mask, so I'm afraid I can't really fix that :(
I didn't end up adding the ground version for Shin mode because I tried to reduce the combo options for that mode, due to his "overpowered" moveset.

- I believe that's because of the projectile "Health", otherwise it would dissapear even when crashing with regular Hadoukens and that's weird :P
- I suck doing combos, but I'm guessing those happen after some combo that ends with Hien Shippu Kyaku -> Chou Ryuko Ranbu? If so, I guess Chou shouldn't juggle at all after Hien, preventing those damaging combos. If not, tell me please :P
- I thought I did (?). I dunno, maybe I didn't upload the correct file or something, since I remember increasing the box range a little bit.

Yeah... I can't believe I overlooked this. His moveset is hardly OP, especially considering he is a boss char. This is like taking away Shin Akuma's Tatsu. The air variant doesn't really compensate for the ground version. That mode should be the best of him completely. Much like Shin Akuma has all his moves. Either way though, good job. Thank you for sharing.

Well, I'm replacing the Air version for the Ground version. Added a dampener for juggles for Hien Shippu Kyaku so it should be fine.

Ah, that's true. Though Demon Flip is something we can live without. Given his high speed and all his other stuff intact. In Mr. Karate's case though, ground Hien Shippu Kyaku is a very useful special. The air version is nice, though if I had to pick, it'd be the ground version. I'd personally give him both, but that's just me.
