[MUGEN 1.1] Palette Problem

Hello, as the title says, whenever I add some custom portraits on some/every characters, the character's Palettes does not apply when testing them(only the default sprite's color are actually working). I'm using Mugen 1.1 and FF3 for adding custom portraits. Any suggestions? Well except from reducing the colors lol. Thank you very much!
