After having created the Online version of Mugen Bound Calculator I finally have updated his offline counterpart.

In the download filer You will find a big amount of things:

Il MBC.exe - the main programm ( developped by me with MultimediaBuilder mmb )
MBC_au.exe an alternative version created using autoit
tut_en English Tutorial as PDF and ODS ( openoffice )
tut_it Italian Tutorial as PDF and ODS ( openoffice )
