mugen character audio question

i went out and bought a microphone and also downloaded windows movie maker in hopes of creating my own sounds to use on my mugen characters. I have the tools, now my question is how do i do this? i know how to record my voice and save the sound files, my only question now is how do i add those sounds to characters? thanx in advance

get fighter factory first. also read on the playsound sctrl.
