Mugen Character portrait and nightwolf help

Hello im new to this forum and mugen and i need help with a couple of my mugen character portraits. Some of my chars (darkseid, sesshomaru,....) either have none or a messed up portrait and im wondering if any of you can fix that for me. Also i recently downloaded nightwolf (mk3 char) and when the fight starts there is 2 sprites in the screen, 1 moving (im using) and one the stays still, is there anyway to fix that??

To fix such things, it is easy for someone like you to fix it.

1.) Download Fighters Factory (http://www.freewarefiles.com/Fighter-Factory_program_19675.html). It would make alot of character problems easier to solve.

2.) Open the character and look at its sprites.

3.) Find the messed up portrait (should be in group 9000 or something)

4.) Replace said portrait with a portrait with your liking. Be sure the replacement is also a PCX formatted picture with all of the correct conditions (someone else can tell you about that).

5.) You're done!

Thanks i downloaded fighters factory and i was able to fix darkseid but for nighwolf it uses the character select icon picture as the same picture on the side how do i make a new portrait for that?
