not gonna lie new to the mugen stuff been down for bout a month.  i have no clue how to record mugen vids or i would be up on it..LoL  i custom edited the StormEX Ichigo that was posted not too long ago.  He has access to all forms with health limiters and what not.

Unfortunely, yes, there are - leaked and stolen creations are rare. --;
id like to take back what ive said in the past so i can repeat myself, but i wont, because it will piss people off, so ill just say
"guys drop the rare subject, people get pissed off when it comes up"
