Hey I noticed you retired the power bar and I'm guessing it was to keep it looking a bit more like the original.  Just a thought but you could use the score counter text as a power bar of sorts.  It would look pretty much identical to the original game.
Some possible formates : 

None   =  0000   or   000000    or    0000    or    0
Level 1 = 0010   or   000001    or    1000    or    exact number of power
Level 2 = 0200   or   000010    or    2000    or    exact number of power
Level 3 = 3000   or   000100    or    3000    or    exact number of power

So in the end the top row of text above the life bars might look like:
1P   3000     2P  2400                  3P  1000          4P  0200

One thing I can do is add the score bars with the life bar just like the real arcade  but wont be as accurate like the Arcade score chart but you able to see the Score none the less. Also I can Add score sprite for each of the characters  but its need to be done as a character win intro for it. but the problem with me is I don't know how to code it for each of the characters. I can rip the sprite for them just don't know how to code them in. but adding the score bar on the life bar is easy but like I said before wont be as accurate like the real arcade game :) this was my very very first edit screen pack and I rip the sprite and I sprite swap over the screen pack and added tiny bit readjusting like its was from the arcade before Gui took its over and starting making the full game for its. And if I want too I can make it 98% like real arcade and can be played like a real conversion but wont be like the real thing but it's be close to it :) if I choose to do that way that is :D. But its seem that Gui is been working on it and make it close to the real thing.  but its seem that Gui has it under control :D

Yes, i'm really want to make this closer to the Arcade SFII. And if you want to add the score bars and add some stuff, i'll been thankful and happy with that. :D

Yes, i'm really want to make this closer to the Arcade SFII. And if you want to add the score bars and add some stuff, i'll been thankful and happy with that. :D
well ATM I'm typing from my son android phone and my old pc finally give out on me. but once I get my gaming pc. I will sure to sit down with you and help you. But  for now  I am going to give some feed back for your project even tho you know what you are doing. But I want to show you and point out what you should be focusing on this project you started 9 month ago

Here my feedback and suggestion to you I hope this help you out buddy :D

1. The power bar at the bottom and the combo txt need to be removed from the Life Bar completely. because if you look back only Super Street Fighter had the combo system. so its pointless to even have power bar or the combo txt in the lifebar for your full game project :)

2. I think you should add 1 or 2 bonus stages for your project game this way its feel more bit like real ting. I say add the car

3. also you should get winkawak 1.63 and rip the small ports from the real game and add them to the Characters and then go to the row and column and readjust the setting thew
there :) also be sure to readjust the *pos* and *cell.size* in the system.def

4. I think you should rip the ending from real game and replace with one that came with my edit screen pack. I think on mugen document talk about animation intro and ending how they work. I best recommend looking to that :D

5. I say keep the masa mugen character that came with my edit screen pack  this way there more leading to the real thing I say but that your choose if you want to add super street fighters lol but your choose.

 well that all I can think off at moment. I hope you make this full game work out in your favor :D and I hope my feedback and suggestion help you with the project :D

but yeah I think you should remove the txt combo and power bar :D.  because on world warrior , champion edition and hyper / turbo never had combos. I say don't add them if your planning on doing the exactly conversion from the Arcade world warrior version with champion edition mixer :D

I remove the combo text and powerbar as you suggest, since the snd of the powerbar. Also i added the gameover screen. ;)

In the future, I wish you could expand the rooster "inviting new challeger" of other games, like Powers Instinct, Fatal Fury, Aggressors Of Dark Kombat, etc. Or may be, do something similar with the Super Street Fighter.
