Mugen Error Message!

I recieved this error when opening mugen 1.0:
Code: 
Error message: Can't load arcade config.
Error reading data/mugen.cfg
How can I fix this?
"GrayCircle will surpass ever hero one day!"

There has to be something wrong in the "Arcade" section that is located inside the "mugen.cfg" just like how the error message tells you. So just open up the .cfg and check if you see anything odd/wrong/misplaced under the "Arcade" section. Might want to compare the .cfg with a standard 1.0 .cfg.

If everything seems fine, then that file could just be corrupted.
