I did this awhile ago, and never made it public.  It's my edit of the "Mugen Fantasy" screenpack originally created by Ricky over at MugenChina.  The title, select, and versus screens are brand new.  No lifebars are included in this patch.  I'm releasing this for anyone who is a fan of SVC chaos.
Inluded - updated sff - small & large portrait templates - completed sm. portraits for various characters -

not really, the only thing really preventing me to do so now is personal taste, but I probably will this week or next week when I get a day off of work.
