mugen not closed? stays on my task bar

Sometimes, after I play SNK vs Capcom Ultimate Mugen, when I quit, I can see that it's still there on my taskbar (a button with the word mugen). If I right click and close it I get a warning about not closing mugen because it's not safe or something like that. What could be wrong? I usually quit with the esc key. This problem happens with quite often. It's like the program not closing or something. Can it be fixed?

I have the same problem, it happens quite rarely, it doesn't affect something...you can't be safe anyway GO FOR BROKE
