Mugen Not Displaying System Font...

I have DURACELLEUR's BATTLE 0411 screenpack and it isn't displaying the system fonts properly. 

Here's a screenshot of my options screen:



Can anyone help me?

Download the SP again from a different source, try that and reply.

Same result, I might just end up going with a different screenpack.
