Hi folks, my name is richard. I'm 17 and i love and play mugen since i was 13.

I developed  a new mugen database website that is very cool imo.  The thing is, i don't have enough free time to update it with new releases. That is why I'd like the help of you guys to post new characters and stages to the database. With your help we'll create the biggest and coolest database ever.

Couldn't you just post the link to the site anyway? People would be more interested to join if they knew what the site looked like :)

And does this technically count as a project? It's not MUGEN content-related, so I think it's in the wrong forum.
